Bistro La Petite France is a typical French country bistro, bustling and lively, serving the fresh and simple dishes of France's everyday cuisine.

Our delicious food takes its style from the little town of Alsace, France, where Chef Christophe grew up. Here for centuries, all kind of food stalls, restaurants, brasseries, bistros and cafes fed people from all walks of life, around the clock. Alsace bistros differ from the other establishments by being smaller, serving a select clientelle and having simple offerings of small or large dishes of fish, meats, poultry and vegetable prepared with award-winning style.

Bistro La Petite France is the home base of Executive Chef Christophe Ehrhart whose attraction and passion for food came from both his parents at a very young age. A world renowned chef and teacher, Christophe advanced his culinary career due to his parents who were “great cooks.” They delighted in exposing him to discover new and fine quality foods throughout his childhood.
